With over 15 years of experience behind the chair, Amy brings a perfect balance of artistry, efficiency, and skill to every client she touches. Trained locally in Latham, New York, Amy built her foundation in classic cutting and coloring before relocating to New York City in 2011, where she spent years working for the same company in two distinct locations—East Village/Greenwich and the Upper East Side. Those very different salon environments gave her invaluable experience working with a diverse range of styles, trends, and clientele.

Amy is Goldwell-trained and shares our salon’s passion for healthy, dimensional color. Her specialty is creating lived-in blondes—those soft, natural, sun-kissed tones that look like they’ve been perfected by the sun itself. She’s taken multiple advanced classes to master this technique and is also certified in hair extensions, giving her the ability to transform a look with natural-looking fullness and length completely.

Whether you’re seeking a precision haircut with clean, structured lines or a more sculpted, face-framing shape that complements your features and hair texture, Amy approaches every service with care and an eye for detail. Her years of experience working at a blow-dry bar also make her a go-to for beautiful, long-lasting blowouts that leave hair silky, shiny, and full of movement.

Outside of the salon, Amy is a proud mom of three and loves spending her time making memories with her kids- whether it's family outings, cozy movie nights, or simply enjoying the everyday chaos of motherhood. True to her Libra nature, she brings calm, balanced and creative energy to everything she does. She's also a proud cat mom to her adopted kitty Styx (affectionately called Stickies) and radiates warmth, care, and connection in both her home and her chair.
